This comprehensive Sessions Data Management Tool allows event planners to configure and group all of various event offerings, Sessions, Seminars, Breakouts, Workshops, Courses, Activities into streams and timeslots. Once configured the system allows guests to register against each individual activity or stream.
The tool allows event planners to better manage capacities and measure interest prior to the event. This module also allows for better demographic reporting and allows for a personalized guest experience. Real time management through the back office is reflected immediately to all front end web registration forms.

Specifications:
This module allows event planners to configure and guests to select from a list of sessions available at an event. Depending on the license level one can set up 12, 30 or an unlimited number of session items. Each session can store the following information:
- Title
- Description text per item (up to 100 characters)
- Stream
- Speaker
- Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Location
- Fee*
- Tax*
- Language**
Configuration and Settings:
- Set the maximum number of Seats and configure the availability indicating the number of remaining seats and closes the session after maximum number of seat count has been reached.
- Choice of 3 layouts
- Ability to restrict a user from selecting more than one session in the same time-slot.
- Ability to display any combination of item fields on the public form. *Some fields which appear on the public form can be modified administratively after go-live.
- Pop up description of all session details when clicking on a session title.
- Set one fee per session or set session class.
- Waitlist functionality
- Session become available when someone cancels or capacity is increased.
- When session space becomes available, automatically adds the next person on the priority list.
- Ability for administrators to override the waiting list and priority sequence.
- Only applies to sessions without fees.
