Exposoft’s ‘Global Hospitality & Incentive Travel’ application is a unique ‘blend’ of our core application and our ‘Sports Sponsorship & Asset Management’ application which perfectly suits the needs of any event manager in the Global Hospitality & Incentive Travel industry.

The fundamental premise of the system is to enable users to define asset types and package types, to allocate assets directly, by way of Packages, and to systematically organize groups within a distinct hierarchy, with the ability to drill right down to the individual guest and manage their needs. The system will allow for purchase and selling prices for all assets to be set and tracked and allow for payment transactions to be processed effectively, using a flexible model of asset/package costing and pricing. Our application also integrates with other modules to refine hospitality assets, allowing for the physical asset to be managed by specific interfaces, such as event tickets and air travel. The robust, yet flexible system is positioned to accommodate future growth and enhancements. Our unique to the industry application is has been utilized by various high profile corporations and organizations worldwide.

A so called ‘Asset’ is an occurrence of an ‘Asset Type’ or consumable unit (also referred to as a ‘place holder’) that can be used or "consumed" by a Group or Guest within a reservation, either individually or combined as a "Package".

A so called ‘Package’ is a grouping of assets (single or multiple) to form a specific, named entity that is available for consumption by a group or guest. It is the occurrence of a ‘Package Type’.
